No — Rivians ship without a spare by default. A full-size spare is a factory option on the R1T and R1S, and Rivian sells a compact spare for the R2. That's why a plug kit, a sidewall patch kit, and a way to air back up are the first things we recommend.
Yes. The R1T and R1S have a CCS port and need a DC-rated NACS adapter — the A2Z Typhoon Pro is the owner-community favorite. The R2 has a native NACS port and plugs into Superchargers directly, no adapter needed.
Safe bets that fit every Rivian: a tire repair kit, AutoSock snow socks (check their tire size), a powered cooler, Rocky Talkie radios, or a portable camp shower. For R1 owners specifically, jack pucks and a console organizer tray are inexpensive and universally appreciated.
Fitted accessories — floor mats, sunshades, organizers, mud flaps — do not carry over; the R2 is a smaller vehicle and needs R2-specific versions.
